Keralee is a personal trainer, yoga instructor and  multi-media artist certified through SYI School Yoga Institute, Ace Fitness & the Zumba corporation.   She teaches Hatha & Vinyasa yoga in the Sivananda tradition as well as Yin and restorative flows.  With a background in theater, dance, music and film, Keralee believes that yoga and meditation can be profound and fun!  In addition she is an historical and outdoor tour guide facilitating group adventures and fitness exploratoriums since 2010.  Please contact her at Keraleef@yahoo.com

Samana Jasper is a registered yoga instructor specializing in children and family yoga. She is founder of Kidz N Moms Natural Health Care, www.kidznmoms.com, dedicated to empowering healthy families through education, energy work and yoga. Samana has been in the healing profession for over 25 years. She is a licensed physical therapist and certified energy practitioner.  Samana is passionate about yoga and using yoga to connect more deeply with our true nature.
