Welcome to Yoga on The Beach and Super Shala Yoga. On Thursdays 6:30 pm through Labor Day you can find Yoga On The Beach Classes on lovely Foster Beach in Chicago.

​ Since 2010 we've offered evening classes here on Foster Beach. Chicago.   

It's a sublime way to get outside and enjoy the wonderful summer. Our Philosophy is "Yoga Makes the World Go Round!"  Or you're just one "Om" Away from achieving inner peace...
